Spain has a proud record as a world leader in renewable energy. But solar panels in a graveyard? That's bold even by Spanish standards. Santa Coloma de Gramanet, near Barcelona, has installed 462 solar panels atop a row of mausoleums in the town cemetery. Residents were shocked at first, but most now seem to feel it's not a bad way of honoring their ancestors.
