Andy is a writer dedicated to feeding the conversation on global sustainability. He is the founding editor of Arcwire.org, a site dedicated to sustainable policy, innovations, and solutions and his writing has appeared on SolveClimate.org, the Epoch Times, TriplePundit, and Sustainable Life Media. He is a program director and outreach coordinator for West Coast Green, and a board member for Ethos Green Energy Asset Finance. Andy also serves as a sustainable strategy and communications consultant for a variety of green businesses, media outlets, and environmental organizations.

As a  consultant for non-profits, educational organizations, and corporate clients, I have worked an array of communications efforts including web development, creative content, marketing and outreach efforts, conference design, and educational trainings.  I have co-authored and edited full-length manuscripts, scripts, and business plans; and published articles, essays, poetry, short-stories, and a newspaper column. Conducted outreach efforts including web strategy, and writing press release for Vice President Al Gore’s keynote speech. Designed interactive sessions on finance and a green design charrette for the Action Hub. As Senior Editor for Arcwire.org, managed a news site dedicated to sustainable policy, innovations, and solutions. Designed and developed website, oversaw editorial calendar, wrote stories and edited the work of a team of writers. Covered major green conferences including West Coast Green, Greenbuild, Eco-City World Summit, and the Aspen Environment Institute. Interviewed thought leaders in the field of sustainability including Amory Lovins and Lester Brown; and published deozens of stories relating to greenbuilding, renewable energy, environmental policy, sustainable business, and climate change.
