The book presents a set of three macro-level policy strategies which would pacify our inflamed atmosphere even as it would create large numbers of jobs, especially in developing countries. It argues that a real solution to the climate crisis contains the seeds of solutions to many other pressing problems, including anti-US terrorism, diplomatic dysfunction and global economic growth.
