Cast your vote!

Olivia Zaleski, contributor to The Huffington Post’s Green Team, wrote yesterday with an interesting question: Who do you go to for environmental news, commentary and information?

And so this leads me to a small request, dear reader: Consider casting a vote for us here at On Earth.

The reasons for your vote, should they not be obvious, might include:

Ian, Molly, Laura, Doug and myself. Text, pictures, video, audio. Food, culture, science, health, nature, politics. Interviews, commentary, Q&As, live blogs of national events. Netvibes. StumbleUpon. Not to mention Greenlight, our citizen journalism site that will launch in the coming weeks.

In her request for suggestions, Olivia Zaleski wrote the following:

As the search for the movement's voice continues, the Green Team would greatly appreciate your help. We want to know: who do you want to see write for HuffPo Green? And why? Who gets your vote? Who gets your veto? Big names? Little names? We want them all.

Big or little, I’ll let you decide. But we’re working hard to bring you selected environmental news.

We hope you’re enjoying the process as much as we are.
