Eco Porn: Eons of Cuteness Wrapped in One Tiny Tapir

What do you get when you cross a pig, elephant, and anteater? Nothing really (unless you’re Dr. Moreau), but a mash-up of those animals might look something like a tapir.

These ancient mammals, which are actually more closely related to horses and rhinos, aren't what you would call “traditionally cute.” Unless, that is, we're talking about one of their newest members, a three-week-old Brazilian tapir at the Dublin Zoo. In that case, he is every kind of adorable.
