My thought: big banks told FHFA "get rid of PACE" because they don't want to be second (or third) in line to get paid back if/when the owner defaults on their loans. wall street wins again! ;)

Please update us on the status of the situation. Why does on Onearth not follow up on these stories? No follow up on the IKEA solar in NYC either....
