Well said! Living my entire life so close to nature has made me the man that I am today. I can't recall a single time in my life that I didn't find myself, stirring with pure imagination as I strolled through the woods of Florida, it's lakes, it's rivers and it's oceans. I could never describe the healing power that I felt, swimming in the Big Blackfoot River in Montana at a time in my life when I was worn down by the stresses and pressures that overcome so many of us!
Nature to me is more than something pretty to look at on the weekends. To me, there is nothing more essential in a persons life than having the opportunity to lose yourself in the Earth's rhythms!
I'm proud of the work that people like Mr. Redford, Mr. Dicaprio and Mr. Gore have done these past few years. In reality, it will be people like you and me that will change things...not so much the politicians(not without help from us). It's a comfort to see that there are those willing to stand up for what so many have taken for granted! I find myself now full of emotion as I see a new wave of individuals starting up oragnizations and working hard for the rest of us. I only pray, that one day, I too will make such an impact! Good luck to all of you who are willing to make that difference.
