• A Climate Plan for the New Administration

  President-elect Obama has said he plans to move forward with legislation to address global warming. But he needn't wait to get started. Laws already on the books provide authority for swift Presidential action on this most pressing environmental problem. We propose a dozen initiatives that President Obama can undertake right away.
